I’m a certified personal trainer who coaches healthy lifestyle change centered around strength training, weight loss, nutrition & injury prevention & recovery. I have over 15 years training experience in various programs including; Bodybuilding, HIIT, group training & individualized programming. I’m also a Nutrition Specialist who will help guide you in understanding the impact that food plays in reaching your goals.
